Hallo zusammen,

Einer meiner dp up 424 geht nicht mehr. Beim Starten blinkt nur das rote Licht ewig und danach geht er einfach wieder aus. Kein Bild und Ton. Player reagiert auch auf nichts wenn er blinkt. Stecker ziehen bringt nichts. Gemacht hab ich nichts daran. Werksresett kann ich auch nicht machen, soweit komm ich nicht.

Jemand einen Tipp?

Habe mich ewig mit meinem 824er rumgeärgert weil der irgendwann abspielprobleme hatte, dann einfach mal bei Panasonic Kundendienst angeschrieben , er war 23 Monate alt.

Die haben den ohne Probleme und Kostenaufwand repariert (Laufwerktausch).

Top Kundenservice. 24 Monate Garantie.

Falls er älter ist dann weiß ich auch nicht weiter…

Probier das mal aus:

Factory Reset Instructions

1. Remove any disc from the drive and switch the device to stand-by.
2. Press and hold [OK], [BLUE] and [YELLOW] simultaneously on the remote control until the device turns on and shows "00 RET" on the display.
3. Repeatedly press [RIGHT] on the remote control until the device shows "08 FIN" on the display.
4. Press and hold [OK] on the remote control for at least 3 seconds -> The device will reset itself to factory condition and show "HELLO" on the display.
5. Press [POWER] button on the remote control -> The device will shut down.
6. Unit is now reset to factory condition.

Danke ! Das hatte ich bereits versuch.

Problem, ich komme dar nicht dazu das ein Bild kommt.

Der Player selbst hat ja keins..
